If you proceed in one of these processes, we will reach out to you.This role also offers flexibility in terms of where you work: Either from the comfort of your own home, or from one of our offices!As a Nordic-speaking Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix, you are responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, through inbound/outbound phone calls as well as possible email and chat functions depending on the client you represent. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients product or services.About the role, as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for

  • Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone, email and in some cases chat
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
You must be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and have a good command of English as we will handle both Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets. Other than that, wed love for you to be a flexible and dynamic addition to our team.To do great in this role, you need:
  • Fluency in any of the Nordic languages; Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
  • Passion and interest in customer service! Previous experience is not required but a valued merit.
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your home within the Baltic region
