Position opening for Accountant Post ( only female ) Role Details : We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the Accounts Department by managing daily accounting tasks with 1 or 3 years of experience.This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success. Responsibilities: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Preparation/ Calculation of Monthly Salary, making of Salary Slips and maintaining of daily Employees Attendance Records Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations Assist in the processing of Balance Sheets, Income Statements, preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and other Accounts statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings Assist with other accounting projects Having working knowledge in Tally To get update Passbooks, Bank Statements, for ing Cheque Books, Maintaining Bank Records in timely manner from the Banks. Knowledge in Cheque deposit/ cash deposit and cash return with the Bank. Maintaining for Company Records as well as Bank Records timely manner. Maintaining professional relationships with the Vendors and Company Clients. File Management/ Office Management Requirements: Proven experience as a accountant Great attention to detail Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Good understanding of accounting reporting principles and practices Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Basic knowledge on computer workings. Any Graduation/ Any Post Graduation.,
