Job Description

Position: AGM - R&D - CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVAC teamExperience: 9+ YearsLocation: FaridabadJOB DESCRIPTIONLead CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVAC team to successfully launch projects of HVAC Blower CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVACs, 2W CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVACs for Radiator FMSA Assy and 4W CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVACs for CRFM, meeting in terms of technical, timing & cost.Ability to manage Technical, Commercial and Customer related subjects.Deliverables of system integration work in the PVL NPD system are;

  1. Design verification for CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVAC and Components.
  2. CONDENSER, RADIATOR,HVAC Development meeting customer fitment and specification.
  3. All Component Specification
  4. Sourcing support for Parts
  5. System DFMEA and BOP component DFMEA validation
  6. System DVP&R, PVP&R and BOP component DVP&R, PVP&R validation
  7. Support the Production line process establish
  8. Support any customer quality issues
  9. Manage the project to meet customer time line and cost
  10. Guide the management for the future Electrical products
