Job Description

  • Building new franchisee network on own and in partnership with Franchise India.
  • Franchise signup, setup process, onboarding and launching outlets across Delhi NCR and Rajasthan.
  • Overall responsibility of quality, service and timely delivery of all order B2C & B2B.
  • Ensuring fill rate, timely deliveries, supply of materials to relevant partners.
  • Setting up processing centre of backend supply.
  • Analysing buying price strategy and regularly skimming the market to procure best non vegetarian article rates.
  • Identifying and building relationships with companies (Grofers / Big Basket etc) and listing articles for increased sales.
  • Designing offers and promotions for various channels of ordering and overseeing execution in consultation with channel partners.
  • Executing marketing offers BTL with marketing team and doing on ground promotions.
  • Making regional plan for expansion and strategizing locations for new project setups.
  • Execution of HACCP principles at processing centres and aligning vendors for supply.
  • Category management and analysis of cost price and selling price deriving out margins.
  • Menu Engineering on analysis based on sales reports.
  • Ensuring optimum customer service and enforcement of company standards throughoutoperations.
