Job DescriptionJob Purpose:To maximize Anarock s sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for.Key Responsibilities:+ Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy+ Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory+ Train and evaluate the performance of the team+ Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customersField work is compulsary.Look for candidates who have sales experience in property and banking sector.No Gender preference.Prefer candidates from Faridabad and South Delhi.MBA is preferable but not mandatory.Candidates from ICICI Home Search will be considered as well.Reporting Manager- Team LeaderOffice Days- 6 days working (Tuesday is off), Timings- 9 to 5,
