Urgent Hiring!We are looking for Branch Manager (Agency or Direct) for a leading Insurance Company.Experience: 2-4 YearsLocation: Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Gurugram,DelhiJob descriptionRole & responsibilities1) Responsible for managing a team of Agency Managers, Sales Managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents.2) Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.3) To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.Preferred candidate profile 1- At least 2- 4 yrs of on field sales experience in Agency / any Insurance product.2- Graduation is mandatory, candidates holding Diploma or Part Time degree certificate will not fit in criteria.3- Candidates with operation background will not be fit for this job profile.
