Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance. ( Not mandatory)
To call the customers and inform them regarding pending premiums of their Insurance Policy.
Retaining the existing customers.
To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan.
Convinced them to deposit EMI on time.

Desired Candidate:

Proficiency in Regional Languages Assamese, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Malayalam with will be highly preferred.
Candidate should have good communication skills with convincing ability.
Amicable and team player.
Customer Focused.
Exposure to dialer, CRM and related tools/ software will be considered.
