Job Position - Centre ManagerJob DescriptionWill ensure that the centre must remain above break - even.Will be responsible & accountable for the profitability of the centre.Will ensure that centre must achieve it monthly, quarterly and annual targets.Will be accountable of timely fee collection and will ensure its deposit.Will be accountable for the cost benefit analysis of marketing budget.Will be completely responsible for the execution of schools projects.Will ensure atleast 10 proposal must be sent to the schools with - in proximity every month for school projects.Will ensure atleast 20% result must come out of it.Will make sure that SMS campaign must be conducted every month.Will impart training to the new joinees, on product, presentation skill, competitors and selling skills.Placements - focus on NSDC students placement.Working on Bulk requirement independently.Guiding MPI for strategic alliance for placements.Ensuring academic delivery to ensure effective placements.Responsible for centre specific candidates placement and local industry tie up, organising job fairs etc with ultimate responsibility of 70% student placement.Maintain high quality of academic delivery.Maintain high standards of presentation of the centre.Be familiar with the property appliances and service contracts.Conduct induction of new centre staff.Familiarization with all the competing centres in their area of influence.Ensure all aspects of centre administration are fully implemented as defined by the HO.Responsible and accountable for all expenditure incurred in the running of the centre.Review expenditure and achieve cost saving where possible whilst maintaining high standards.Support HR in the process of trainer and centre staff recruitment.Owner, all academic documents and files to be maintained at the center level.Owner, academic MIS at the center level (needs to create and share the academic MIS with the Academic team at the HO twice in a month).Experience and Qualifications : Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience as centre manager in education industry, good communication skills, Leadership quality, Team player, pleasing personality.Salary: As per industry norms.Age : 25 years to 35 years.,
