Job Description

Set up and head an Advanced Technology Centre to develop technology solutions to meet future needs of our customers
Previous working experience as a CTO / Head of R&D (or deputy) for development of complex products (preferably in Automotive domain)
B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD in Engineering (Electronics) In-depth knowledge of software systems and standards - architecture, design and development methodologies, testing (including hardware in loop)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Ability to delegate and operate at a high level, but also to dive in and get hands dirty when required
Experience in working in US / Europe or having worked extensively with teams / customers from US / Europe
Experience in dealing with senior management of B2B customers would be given preference
Experience in having created a team from scratch would be given preference
Engage with key customers to understand their product needs & propose and define new products development strategy
Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
Mentor the product development team in new technology domains Set-up robust methodologies for Automotive Software development
