Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage customer communications and deliver best-in-class BLDC products and solutions.
    • Take ownership of product reliability, firmware customization, and PCB layout design, from concept to completion.
    • Perform testing and simulation of both software and hardware components.
    • Prioritize and manage daily activities related to customer designs and development.
    • Conduct PCBA testing, debugging, and collaborate with Electronics contract manufacturers.
    • Demonstrate strong expertise in Power Electronics and firmware design.
    • Collaborate closely with customers, sales, and manufacturing teams to identify and address product gaps.
    • Lead the design of PCBA, schematics, hardware, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and components.

    • Team-oriented with the ability to work across functions and globally to achieve common objectives.
    Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Hands-on experience in Embedded Software and Hardware Design.
    • Solid knowledge of BLDC motors and Power Electronics.
    Certifications:
    • Relevant certifications will be a plus.
    Travel Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel domestically and within the Middle East.
    Languages:
    • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
