1) Setting up and configuring new laptops, tablets and desktop system. Possess technical knowledge of Windows, Android and ios operating systems and standards. 2) Install authorised softwares and applications to laptops, tablets and desktop system. Software and Hardware Troubleshooting3) Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops, tablets and laptops. College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or IT4) Install and Configure routers, switches and firewall. 5) Antivirus installation to all desktops, tablets and laptops. 6) Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained. 7) Responsible for managing backups. 8) Diagnose and resolve technical issues. 9) monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks10) Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults. 11) Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/ software. 12) Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/ WAN environment. 13) Requesting and coordinating vendor support14) Returns defective equipment/ parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels. 15) Ensure warranty extension of the desktop systems, tablets and laptops. 16) Training other staffs for use of any new electronic gadgets purchased. ,
