The RoleThe role will involve supervising all production and operation activities at different manufacturing units. The knowledge of operation and production in readymade garment manufacturing and process flow is necessary.He should be good team player and should have good people handling skills .Candidate10- 15 yrs experience in textile manufacturing - perferable kids wear.Textile engineering / diploma from reputed university.Should be ableto ahndle 3- 4 manufacturing units.Expertise in all process like fabric store, accessories store, fabric cutting , fabric stiching, kaj button , embroidery, washing , pressing , finishing , packing. Already working in reputed organisation as Factory Head.Exposure to MS Office and ERP.Exposure to central excise compliances.Able to achieve time lines , quality and control over movement of material at different stages at factories.,
