Dear Candidate,We are Hiring!Profile - Foundry ManagerExperience - 5 yrs - 10 yrsLocation - FaridabadRole Purpose:-The Role purpose of this role is to Plan, organize and control the operations of Foundry and GDC in the most cost-effective manner.Work Experience:-Experience in Foundry-Sand Casting (Ferrous Non-Ferrous), Die casting, GDC, Plating, Machining and AssemblyKey Responsibilities:-Lead overall production process of Foundry Sand Casting Cold Chamber of Die casting to ensure proper utilisation of Machine and manpower .Ensure that production is done at right time and right way to achieve targeted overall equipment efficiency .Monitors daily reports of Sand-Casting Machines and Cold Chamber GDC(Aluminium & Copper) (Production, rejection, defects, scrap, quality, delivery, safety, cost, and inventory)Review the reason for OEE loss in the area and draws plan for improvement accordingly.Responsible for material accountability in his area and ensure SAP entries on time.Additional Responsibilities:-Coordinate, facilitate and motivate subordinates to use their highest potential, maintain positive attitude and to ensure company and customer satisfaction.Ensure continue improvement of quality and efficiencies in Operations.Adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.Speedy resolution of technical issues in production.Takes lead in training of his/her supervisors, operators.Ensure implementation of EHS practices on shop floorAny work as assigned by management time to time.Specific knowledge:-Casting KnowledgeExperience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kanban System, 5SGood People ManagementGood problem solving
