Candidates should have minimum 2 years experience in Salesforce Admin who can work on NPSP module customization and programming. Ideally Salesforce administrator certified. NPSP experience (Nonprofit Success Pack). App exchange package knowledge (payment gateway experience. Sage/Fairway). Essential Job Duties : Manage business requirements, business needs, and client requirement. Drive and manage multiple technology projects, including organization- wide Constituent Relationship Management (CRM), Learning Management System (LMS), and event management system projects. Develop IT operational processes, methodologies and associated training related to CRM and LMS projects. Analyze the needs of clients and then design a system to meet those needs. Administer and configure the application platforms to meet the documented business requirements and workflows. skills managing technology projects. eliciting end user requirements, documenting business processes and requirements analysis. Administering and configuring cloud based application platforms. Demonstrated business case and vendor management skills in the aforementioned technology areas. Broad knowledge of technology solutions and packaged/cloud based applications. Experience working with the following applications a plus: NGO Connect, Non- Profit Starter Pack, Cvent, Conga, CQ RollCall Engage, Rollup Helper, Marketing Cloud, Mobile Cause, FormAssembly, and Qualtrics. Familiarity with release management. Excellent problem- solving and critical- thinking skills. Strong team leadership skills. Ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize teams and business partners. Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability. Excellent task management, organization, and team collaboration skills. Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
