He / She will be responsible for recruitment selection of staff, Induction Orientation, Development of HR strategies policies, and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. To organize interviews, delivering interview feedback, and declining unsuccessful candidates.Negotiating offer and counteroffer.Ensuring onboarding runs smoothly.Employee Information Management:Capture all the personal information as a process of onboarding.To keep a record of employee details like address, mobile No., bank details, medical history, family details, qualifications, past employment, insurance, etc.Leave and Attendance Management:Automation of HR leave and attendance by biometric systemsTo monitor shifts and employee rosters To supervisor and HR to edit In/ Out Time without overwriting the original captured time (to be used for audits) To allow leave or compensatory off after the HOD approval. Training Management:To provide induction training related to HR and coordination with HOD for timely completion of initial and ongoing training. Manage internal/external faculty based on areas of expertiseTrack attendance for employee participation Mapping appraisal with trainingEmployee Engagement:Management announcements Develop & enhance culture of collaboration, trust & transparency Create a participative culture Confirmation Management:Conduct employee confirmation processes on time Engage employees and their managers in the confirmation processTake the objective decision of confirming the employee or extending probationsGenerate confirmation letterGoals & Performance Management:To define and monitor KRA, KPI & SMART monthly goals across the organization, functional groups.Map actual appraisal ratings against a standard setIf an employees skill ratings drop below par, alert the manager or supervisor for employee trainingOffboarding:To record resignation.To initiate clearance activities with different process owners.To have a notice period of a min 1 month.Facilitate exit interview of employeesFacilitate final settlements of employee,
