Job Description

he candidate will be assigned the following roles and responsibilities Responsible for entire hiring cycle from sourcing till on boarding, of candidates across all levels, to meet the staffing needs . Taking the initial round of telephonic interview and lining up the candidates for next round of interview Closely coordinating with Hiring Managers for all requisitions. Coordinating with all Project Managers for JD preparation based on the skill matrix provided by them Talent identification and assessment across core Industry competitors Management and utilization of appropriate sourcing mix including Vendors, portals, Social Media and Employee Referrals Coordinating with consultants and keeping a strong follow up with them for closing all positions shared with them . To drive Public Relations and Placements for the institute by increasing industry outreach and be a partner in establishing it as an institution, par excellence, amidst prospective recruiters and students. To collaborate with industry players to understand the emerging skill needs and career opportunities Have close liaison with key industry representatives for placement of students. Coordinate activities of job placement service for all students of Virohan. Capture and share success stories of Virohan s students & alumni on a regular basis Collect, organize, and analalyze data for use in job placement activities. Maintain existing network of companies participating in campus recruitment and internship. Pursue addition of new companies to campus recruitment and internship process Arrange on and off campus interviews for graduating students. Execute and maintain affiliations and MOUs to facilitate the placement and internship process for the students. To work in consultation with Management for fostering Industry Academia Interaction which includes workshops, trainings, internship opportunities for students and consulting assignments.
