Job Description As an Inside Sales Executive at Smart Garage, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing new franchise partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and nurture relationships with potential franchisees leads, providing them with information, guidance, and support to help them make an informed decision to join our network.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients in the automotive sector who are interested in start a Two Wheeler Multiband Service. Centre Franchise.Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods. Consultative Sales: Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients needs and educate them on the benefits of our franchise model, including financial projections, operational support, and market analysis. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads, providing consistent follow-up, information, and support throughout the sales process.Solution Presentation: Conduct presentations, both remotely and in-person when necessary, to showcase the advantages of our franchise offering.Negotiation: Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements to ensure a win-win solution for both parties.Closing Deals: Close sales and secure franchise agreements with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.Documentation: Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in the automotive sector to adapt sales strategies as needed.Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation strategies and support the successful on boarding of new franchisees.QualificationsProven B2B inside sales experience, preferably in the automotive or franchising industry.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.What We Offer Competitive base salary and commission structure.
