Handling Customers Inquiries, Sending Quotations Mailers, following up with the customers for closing of the deal. Direct communication with Customers (B2B Sales) to promote our product. Updating Daily Individual Calls, Sales Reports, Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients. Pitching qualified leads given by the prospecting team and try converting that lead into sales opportunity by qualifying them for sales demo and follow up sales activities. Working from customer lists and/or database, make outbound follow-up calls to our existing customers or Prepare and deliver proper presentation on current product and services.Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.Make cold calling on daily basis and convert cold calling and generating leads into sales. Set up meetings between client decision makers and companies practice leaders/Principals. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion & Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and preparing DSR (DailySales Report/ Follow Up Sheet) Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance. Present& demonstrating new products and services and enhance existing relationships. Work with technical staff, operation team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Aiming to achieve monthly and annual target.
