Job Description

  • Basic knowledge of General and Health Insurance
  • Establish and define the structure of the learning context across the organization.
  • Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance on Communication, Soft Skills, & Compliance Parameters.
  • Observe and track learning progress
  • Develop Reports & Dashboards
  • Comply with current Action plans(TNI) and report out the improvement process
  • New joinees Training for Life Insurance and health insurance
  • Arrange test for trained employees and submit result
  • ISMS Refresher session entire floor ( in every three months)
  • Weekly Search companies website & daily check IRDAI website (for check new updates)
  • Monthly Refresher Session (According to TNI, Floor & Client requirement)
  • Arrange Cross Training (internally Moved callers Health & Life Both)
  • Provide detailed feedback on the strengths and improvement areas.
  • Quality related training and guiding team through specific workshop modules
  • Randomly monitor calls to ensure Client standards are maintained.
  • Liaison with production teams to understand business and process requirements.
  • Needs to provide monthly reports to the Management
