Roles and ResponRoles and Responsibilities of IT Project Lead/CoordinatorNeed to manage multiple projects.Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projectsDecide on suitable strategies and objectivesCoordinate cross-project activitiesAssess program performance and aim to maximize productivityResolve projects higher scope issuesEnsure timely delivery services to clients as committedIdentify and resolve operational and services related issues to ensure clients satisfaction.Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with clients and management throughout the business project development.Prepare attendance/monthly reports.Work with business team in contract renewals, extensions, and scope change activities.Coordinate with on call team for day-to-day call and closure within TATCoordinate with regional leads and access their issues and challengesEnsure all BAUs has been managed under the given timelineNeed to have work experience in any one domain Windows/Linux/Storage.
