MARKETING MANAGER VIEW DETAILS VIEW DETAILS Responsibilities: Define the brand NoBroker and develop the brand identity. Develop deep consumer insights by regular consumer interaction. Would be responsible for all ATL/ BTL campaigns. Deciding the relevant offline media. Find ways to increase WOM and brand presence. Develop and execute launch marketing whenever a new city is launched. Manage PR for the brand. Any other marketing related work. Act as brand custodian and filter all communication to the consumer. Requirements: Self-confidence, go-getter attitude and a great team player. Experience of Brand Management with full spectrum of ATL/ BTL and online marketing. Should have been involved in consumer studies and understanding and interpreting consumer insights. Should have developed ATL campaigns along with agencies. Should have experience of managing PR for a brand. Should be from premier MBA institute (IIMs/ ISB or equivalent). We love start-ups.
