The IT analytics and business intelligence team is responsible for reviewing analytical solutions to stakeholder groups by building, maintaining and enhancing analytic solutions in a specific function such as BI Development or Application Administration or Analytic Data Development. The team is responsible to review solutions for various stakeholder groups, and should have a sound understanding of business requirements. An ideal candidate in this team should be able to articulate analytic requirements, while working in close partnership with cross-functional teams.Essential

  • Technical Skills: Python (numpy & scipy), Big Data Skills Hadoop & Mapreduce, Clustering, NLP, Logistic Regression, principal Component Analysis, Conditional Random Fields and Neural Nets.
  • Added experience in apache spark, Reinforcement Learning (CALA/FALA) or any of other mapreduce technologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of statistics and probability.
  • Should be able to architect a solution.
  • Ability to map business goals to data modelling
  • Experience in data cleanup and data enrichment.
  • Team Leading Experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of Work experience.
Desirable:
  • Hands on experience in statistical modeling, python numpy, scipy, and nltk packages, hadoop map reduce, apache spark. Applied toolset: PCA, SVD, linear algebra, logistic regression, matrix manipulation, and visual representation, SVM, reinforcement learning, random forests, Googles tensor flow, topic mining, and sentiment analysis.
