Job Description

    Finance, Costing and Budgeting a) Production Order Settlement and Variance analysis. b) Secondary Cost distribution of supported cost center of company c) Worked on Product Costing based on full cost model for Commercial Vehicle (CV) Brake Shoe d) New product costing for Company e) Have worked on the Inventory Valuation as per IND AS-2 by analyzing the BOM (Bill of Material for each of the Finished Goods/WIP) and weighted average. f) Thoroughly worked on the Moving average report of the Inventory and Slow Moving Inventory on Monthto-Month basis and analyze the reason for the Variances. g) Being instrumental in drafting and preparing the budget for the FY 2021 per se Cost Centre wise, Product Level Wise and analyze the variance between Budget 2020 v Budget 2021, Estimate 2020 v Budget 2021 and Budget 2020 v Estimate 2020, also worked on the finding out reason for any sort of Anomaly/abnormalityinRawMaterialCost,ConversionCostorOperatingExpenses. h) Responsible for month on month analysis for the movement across all the Manufacturing Expenses, Operating Expenses and Sales and overall reporting of the EBIT and PBT and reporting to the US Management. i) Working on the calculation of Activity rate and activity hours in SAP based routing time of different work centers j) Scrap Management of company and ensure proper lifting and advance payment status of scrap customer.
