Providing support to internal teams within the company as well as Providing Support to Customers :Daily system monitoring, verifying and reviewing resources, systems and key processes etc. Regular monitoring to identify possible disturbance. Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams. Coordinate administration for events. Manage inventory and effectively liaison with all vendors Keep database of customers up to date and correct errors in it. Communicate with Managers , Vendors simultaneously on deadline issues. Provides operational support, maintenance and provisioning for systems hardware, software and other infrastructure. Providing Support to Customers:The Executive provides support services to clients in terms of troubleshooting problems, identifying and correcting technical issues Answer calls of customers to resolve their queries in a proper manner.
