    PRINTING MANAGER (OFFSET PRINTING)Hiwe are lookingfor the positionofprinting Manager (Offset Printing)RequiredCandidate having 5 yrs - 7 yrs of experience in thePackaging Industry (overall 8 -10 yrs of professionalexperience)Education: B-Tech or equivalent in PrintingGender Male Candidate with Age below 35 yrsJob Location Kawnra Industrial Area , FaridabadJobDescription of Printing Manager:1.Ensuring>100% Printing Plan achievement as per Planning report on daily basisthrough achievement of OEE >50 % target.2.Pro-activelyPlan monthly Preventive Maintenance of printing machine so as to reduce therunning machine breakdowns & ensuring good quality product.3.Effectivelyutilization of Manpower by implementation of pre-planned leaves.4.Effectivecontrol over consumable consumption usage such as IPA, Wash, Blankets throughdata monitoring & trend analysis.5.Actualon the floor Implementation of CAPA decided overcustomer complaints andinternal complaints.6.Maintainor reduce the decided Internal rejections norms by submitting/implementing newcorrective & preventive measures.7.Dailyreview or check the First sheet of each job for maintaining the quality of each job.8.Maintainingthe Plant 5S/respective area on daily basis.9.Providingon the job Training on daily or weekly basis.
