Job Description

Interact with clients on the phone and email in a professional manner.
Meet all clients requirements and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation.
Ensure compliance with Companys corporate protocol.
To liaise with carriers and co-loaders for rates for seafreight shipments and airfreight agent for airfreight rates.
To prepare shipping documentations (B/L, AWB, VGM, TR etc.), timely billings and closing of job files.
Co-ordination for import and export operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments within the time line set by clients.
Maintain accurate data entry for all shipments and complying of freight rates.
Verifying of vendors invoices pertaining to shipments.
Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge.
Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM & Saturday (work from home) need to be available as per availability of work.
