Job Description

    PROJECT ARCHITECTHiwe are Looking ForInteriors and Architecturalwork for luxury projects.Salary - up to 12LPAExperience - 4 years at least in commercial (not more than 8years)Location :- Sector 80, NoidaGender-specific- role only female candidates shall applyCandidate should have done interiors and architecturalwork for luxury projects.The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be(though not restricted to) the following:Experience in handling commercial projects (must)Experience in understanding the basics CAD drawings andlayoutsSite MappingCreatearchitecturaldesigns based on input andfeedbackAdjust contracts and designs to meet the changing needs.Adhere to all industry standards in designCommunicate with contractors and construction workers toimplement designsOversee and manage the site staffDesired Background:Must have experience in designing luxuryresturants/nightclub5+ years experience working incommercialarchitecturaldesignBachelors Degree inArchitecture, Design (M.Archpreferred)Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficePerson should be a go-getter, energetic, willing to learnand presentableAbility to multi-task, and work under pressure to meetdeadlines.Advanced communication skillsWillingness to travel and temp. relocate PAN India onproject basis.Preferred candidates having exposure in high end F&Binterior projects (nightclubs)Interview round:Round 1- ZoomRound 2 - Zoom/Face to FaceP.S. -1.
