Study all Tender Related Documents to Make Planning for Completing the Project. Calculate the Raw Material & Related. Well Versed in Preparing of Project Costing. Excellent Written & Verbal Skills. Plan, Coordinate & Monitor Activities of Assigned Projects to Develop & Implement Procedures, Processes and Systems. Educate Employees in Methods to Ensure Project Continuity & Completeness. Develop Detailed Task Lists & Work Effort Assessment. Prepare Short & Long-term Resource Allocation Plans Based On Input from all Key Players & Team Members. Oversee Schedules & Risk Management Plans & Provide Serious Deviations Warnings Hindering Project Results. Identify Changes in Work Scope in the Project Plan. Coordinate Project Management Activities, Resources, Equipment & Information. Break Projects Into Doable Actions & Set Timeframes. Liaise with Clients to Identify & Define Requirements, Scope & Objectives. Assign Tasks to Internal Teams and Assist with Schedule Management.,
