Job Description

Contract management with Client, Internal & ExternalStakeholders and VendorsClient Invoicing, Payments Reconciliation &Follow-up and Techno-commercial management of additions / changes to theContractual scopeTechnical Engineering Management, Coordination withother departments for identification and resolution of all technical issues,that need to be addressed for timely delivery of project scopeDevelop & manage a detailed project plan to monitorand track progressChange Management - Manage changes to the project scope,schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools andtechniques and report-out for management attention and necessary actionReport and escalate to management, as neededRisk management Identification, Monitoring &Mitigate / Minimize project risks and contingency managementCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, to analyze the successfulcompletion of short and long-term goals of the project and the organizationDevelop comprehensive project execution plans and sharewith the clients and internal project team membersDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps todocument needsVery good at clarity, objectivity and expression ofspoken and written communicationOrganized, Meticulous with planning & execution,orientation towards continuous improvementPleasant personality and shall possess strong ability tostand out and make / prove points worth of attention in favor of project andthe organization
