Post - Process PlantExperience - 20 to 30 Years in LiquorSalary - 20 to 25 Lacs pa(As per Current Salary)Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech./DIFAT and 20-28 Yrs experience in process industries Grain based distillery.JD Daily site activities, co-ordination with equipment suppliers project managers, weekly project progress reporting, checking of work quality of vendors To ensure all daily operations of the Plant from Production and manufacturing. Full Knowledge and Command Of Wtp, Ro, Dm, Soft Water, Etp & Cpu Water All Analysis Wash To Ena Mpr, Ddgs Analysis And Co2 Plant. All Quality analysis work of related in distillery Grain and all chemicals To ensure all daily operations of the Plant from Production and manufacturing. Monitoring, Maintaining Of Various Documents Related To Pollution & Excise To Ensure Uninterrupted Distillery Operation. Controlling & Optimisation all the Process Parameters From Milling To Dryer Quality Control of raw materials i.e. Grain, starch, TFM & dust damage discolor. Coal and Rice husk, GCV through Bomb Calorimeter, Moisture%, stone & dust %. , all analysis process related chemicals and final product ENA analysis with GLC In-process materials & final products.
