Identify and lead manage projects resulting from the above. Provide Training and Quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with client requirements Leading the team of 10 quality analysts Strengthen the Training quality management processes /framework to improve functional performance. Establish closed feedback loop processes with Training and Operations to improve agent performance and improve customer experience. Responsible for ensuring smooth set up and functioning of quality compliance at a vertical level to meet business, internal and compliance requirements. Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operations to optimize Customer Value in multiple client engagements.
