Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sales: Drive business through open market channels, cold calling, field visits, and cross-selling.
• Relationship Management: Build and manage a reliable network of connectors (e.g., CAs, property dealers) and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Loan Processing: Guide prospective borrowers through the loan process, conduct initial eligibility assessments, and collect/verify all necessary documentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal Credit, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth application processing, property valuation, and timely disbursals.
• Compliance & Portfolio Quality: Ensure all loan applications adhere to regulatory and internal credit guidelines while monitoring accounts for timely payments.
