As a Store Manager for Yousta, a premium brand under Reliance Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations in key locations including Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Noida. With a maximum of 8 years of work experience, you will play a crucial role in driving retail sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing store teams efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating expertise in retail operations to manage daily store activities effectively.- Utilizing proven skills in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages.- Showcasing strong visual merchandising capabilities to enhance store displays and attract customers.- Effectively managing the store team to create a proactive and high-performance environment.- Implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed store revenue objectives.- Leading, coaching, and developing store team members to enhance skill sets and productivity.- Maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure product availability and reduce stockouts.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to foster a disciplined environment.- Analyzing sales reports to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement.- Enhancing visual merchandising in-store to drive customer engagement and boost sales.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience and a strong background in retail sales strategies.
