Job Description

Primary Responsibilty:Promote and sell banking products and services to customers, focusing on Home Loans (HL), BFSI products, or other sales categories.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the banks customer base.Conduct regular field visits and participate in promotional activities to boost sales.Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.Experience:Minimum 6 months of sales experience in HL/BFSI or any sales domain.Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to meet sales targets.Self-motivated and result-oriented.Ability to work in a competitive environment.Benefits:Competitive CTC ranging from 17,500 to 23,000 per month.Attractive performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a leading banking institution and grow your career in sales.
