JOB DESCRIPTION - SR MANAGER DIRECT SALESWe are looking for a high-performing Sr Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in Direct Sales Team by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans.Products will be Electronic Security Devices like CCTV Camera, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarms, Door Phone, Door Video Recorder, Sensors, Panels etc.Roles and Responsibilities * Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales * Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence * Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives * Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs by meeting clients directly * Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team * Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusDesired Candidate Profile

MBA/Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing
Experience 10 to 15 years of Direct Selling in Electronic Security Products/Insurance/Direct Selling industry consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Proven sales track record
Market knowledge
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills

Office is located 3-4 Kms. from Delhi Badarpur Border, nearest Metro Station Mewla Maharajpur
