Urgent requirement for *Quality Manager Sheet Metal line*we are Looking Forindustries Sheet MatelJob location isSec-25, Faridabad Salary: - *40hidden_mobile0/- Month* Location: - *Faridabad* Exp: - *10-15 years* Skills: - *Candidates experienced from Sheet metal Automotive industry, knowledge of Customer handling, CAPA, 8D, Why why analysis, Mace Maruti Audit, IATF knowledge, Quality team handling*JOB PROFILE- KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY TESTINGPROCESS Well versed with PPAP (CP, PFMEA review, SPC, MSA && Poke Yoke during Partdevelopments). New Product Development as per APQP guidelines (Global way of working). Engineering Drawing study with engineer to make it manufacture and creation anditerations with GD&&T concept. System and technology related auditing skills acquired through Supplier Evaluation Audits and Supplier process audits. Technical Expertise of various manufacturing technologies like Casting, Forging, Sheet metal and Proprietary automotive parts. Monitor daily MRN and checked part as per inspection plan prepare CTQ as perdrawing. Prepare Monthly MIS and share with TOP management participate in EAG && QRTmeeting. Procedure finalize for the Ensuring customer claim 8Ds as per global 8D timeline and standard and Analysis the warranty failure. Estimated cost and set quality standard. Make sure that product will produce on time and are of good quality. Monthly quality progress report submission to management. Leading new project development from manufacturing quality with controls. Responsible for internal audit, formatting, revisions, and technical competency for improvement. Leading task force by auditing daily process weakness and implementations ofaction.
