Job Description

    • Excellent working skills on Flow /Thermal Analysis, single and multi-phase using CFD packages Fluent / CFX etc.
    • Skills on CAE for structural analysis linear /nonlinear/ FSI.
    • Design/ development of mechanical parts and assemblies like exhaust system (including Silencers)/ emission control device/ catalytic convertors in auto industry.
    • Working skills on simulation for finalizing catalyst sizing and chemistries for diesel/ gasoline catalysts including SCR /DPF/LNT for the exhaust systems of automotive vehicles using design packages like AVL boost/GT power/Exothermic.
    • Is able to analyze the problems using CAE tools and able to find innovative solutions based on benchmarks.
    • Knowledge of automotive systems like powertrain, ECU- s, Test case generation & Documentation of results.
    • Emission testing of Engines / Vehicles / Approval of Catalytic Convertor parts
    • Knowledge of working of Euro V/VI Catalytic Convertor products including SCR and DPF
    • Embedded programmer with high level of skills in C/C++/Java/Matlab/Labview programming.
    • Experience in Automotive domain indevelopmentof AUTOSAR Complaint modules.
    • Experience in modelling/designing for noise reduction in Automotive silencers.
    • APQP / PPAP Management / TS 16949
    • Local Faridabad / NCR based preferred.
