Job Profile Key Responsibilities 1. Warehouse Management 2. Stock Management and reconciliation 3. MIS and control 4. Documentations and Systems 5. Safety Job Description 1. Handling Incoming and outgoing stocks into the warehouse 2. Visual inspection of stock received for damages 3. Maintaining complete records, BaaN entries for Stock inward. 4. Proper storage as per stacking norms. 5. Screening the Challans and forming Route for transportation. 6. Requisition for vehicles accordingly and co ordination with Logistics head for the same. 7. Ensures necessary Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) is done for customers replacements and coordinating with service team for the replacements 8. Verifying Delivery address, phone no. for individual customers and verifying any commitments given to individual customers and dealers and processing claims. 9. Timely MIS generation. 10. Coordination and communication with Dealers, direct customers and division regarding dispatches. 11. Ensure good Housekeeping and safe operations. Qualification Details Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
