Job Title: Store & Inventory ExecutiveDepartment: Materials Management Location: [Faridabad Reports To: [Insert Reporting Authority]Objective:Ensure smooth store operations, precise inventory control, and timely material movement to support uninterrupted production and meet customer requirements effectively.Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and control company store operations efficiently.
2. Oversee material recovery processes and return to inventory as needed.
3. Issue materials to the production team per production schedules.
4. Maintain up-to-date stock registers for accurate inventory tracking.
5. Operate and update store and billing software systems.
6. Regularly identify and update non-moving and obsolete stock lists.
7. Collaborate across store and incoming departments for smooth workflow.
8. Generate and share monthly rejection reports with concerned teams.
9. Follow and enforce FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) inventory methods.
10. Ensure material receipts are aligned with Purchase Orders and production timelines.
