• Designation -UNDER WRITER
• Domain Type-US Mortgage Underwriting
• Qualification -Any Graduates / UG
• Shift-24/7 Should be flexible
• Notice Period-Immediate or maximum 1 month
• Experience -Minimum 1 to 8 Years of experience
• Remuneration-5 to 10 Lakhs
• Job Location -CHENNAI & PUNE
• Cab -2 Way Cab Provided
Role & Responsibilities:Minimum 2 years current Mortgage loan Underwriting experience
• Calculating Income,
• Analyzing debt and assets,
• in-depth review of the completed appraisal and title.
• Federal Guidelines, Formulae, Debt Income Ratio
• Worked in all 4C - Capacity, Capital, Credit, Collateral
• clearing conditions for Final Approval
Essential Job Functions
• Maintain conforming signing authority and quality standards
• Maintain current knowledge of client and investor requirements
• Perform complete and in-depth review of mortgage loan files including; income (inclusive of rental income, IRA, annuity and 401K), assets, credit and collateral Reports
• Utilize clients loan operating system to ensure accurate data entry
• Evaluate and ensure overall loan documents are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Manually underwrite loans in accordance with client guidelines
• Restructure non-conforming loans in order to meet conforming loan limits
• Complete POA review
• Identify and/or clear red flags or alerts
• Issue loan decision and condition file accordingly
• Review and approve conditions for compliance and completion of loan file
• Assist Processors/Loan Officers in understanding underwriting decisions and conditions
• Resolve pre and post-closing issues as they relate to underwriting
