Job Description

    QUALITY HEADWe are looking for one Quality Head_ Job Overview:The Quality Head will be the face of quality who will be reviewing the quality team daily, guiding them and resolving typical issues. He will also be reporting monthly quality analyses to the management and providingsolutions to overcome the gaps._ Responsibilities and Duties:1. Taking daily reviews of the team.2. Providing targets and handholding with the team.3. Customer visits for resolving quality concerns.4. Conducting customer and supplier audits.5. Monthly analysis presentation to the management.6. Providing training to the team.7. Ensuring 5S in the company.8. Reducing the cost of poor quality (COPQ).9. Ensuring QMS System is maintained.10.Improving customer ratings._ Qualifications:1. B.Tech is compulsory.2. Excellent knowledge of QMS Systems.3. Certified internal auditors as per IATF guidelines are preferred.4. Should be able to manage a team of 10 people.5. Communication skills should be good.6. Should be very technically sound in sheet metal manufacturing processes.7. Experience of at least 8-10 years is mandatory.8. Locals from Faridabad are preferred.9. Should have a good knowledge of how a Tier 2 Automotive industry works.10.Should have an experience in MACE audit preparation and prior exp. of qualifying the same._ Salary Offered:CTC Rs.50,000 60,000/Month, depending on experience and our criteria matching.
