Job Description

As a Packing Operator at our manufacturing facility in Gandhidham, Gujarat, your main responsibility will be to operate packing machines efficiently to pack finished products according to company standards. Your role will involve ensuring correct labeling, weighing, and sealing of packed products, as well as maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area. You will also be required to inspect packaging materials for quality and report any issues that may arise.Collaboration with the production and warehouse teams is essential for timely packing and dispatch of products. It is imperative that you follow safety and quality guidelines during all packing operations. Additionally, you will be expected to record daily packing output and report the same to your supervisor.To excel in this role, you should possess basic knowledge of packing machines and operations. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, along with attention to detail and a quality-conscious approach, are key attributes for success. Good teamwork and communication skills will also be beneficial in ensuring smooth operations within the packing department.This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your physical presence at the work location.
