    Midland Microfin Ltd. (MML) is a pioneering microfinance institution headquartered in Jalandhar, Punjab, dedicated to the financial and social empowerment of women. This includes verifying financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and regulatory guidelines. You will be tasked with analyzing operational processes, identifying discrepancies, preparing detailed audit reports, and offering actionable recommendations for improvement. This full-time, on-site role based in Gaya will require regular visits to assigned branches to guarantee operational accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field audits at microfinance branches- Verify financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines- Analyze operational processes and identify discrepancies- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings- Provide actionable recommendations for improvementQualifications:- Proficiency in auditing techniques, field operations, and compliance standards- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Good communication and reporting skills- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and integrity- Experience in microfinance, NBFC, or related sectors preferred- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and other audit tools- Willingness to travel and spend a significant amount of time in the field- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field Midland Microfin Ltd.
