We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Germany to support our German, Austrian and Swiss entities as part of our evolving People Operations Center of Excellence.The RoleThe role requires a highly collaborative, customer centric approach with various stakeholder groups including the wider People Team, leaders and employees. The scope includes Germany, Austria and Switzerland with some opportunity to support across the Europe region. As such, youll need a flexible and adaptable communication style, ability to engage with all levels across the organization and strong self-awareness to build strong relationships across the business. You will be accountable for customer support & administration across the employee lifecycle.
