Besides our SAP ECS standard delivery services, we offer in addition enhanced operations services (EOS) for dedicated customers, where monitoring is part of it.In your role as a Senior Specialist working in the Monitoring CoE, you will have touchpoints with several technical aspects of Monitoring and work with the team on the enhanced monitoring offering.The role includes:

• Expansion of our monitoring offering with a focus on feasibility in our environment
• Collaboration with different teams to address development and operation needs
• Ensuring high quality/reliability of the active and future monitoring checks
• Actively take over the implementation of new monitoring checks
• Presentation of the enhanced monitoring offering to customers and stakeholders

What you bring:Do you have a SAP System Monitoring background Are you pro-active, the ability to inspire others and convince them to see opportunities instead of problems You have strong problem analysis and resolution skills as well as excellent English skillsIf this sounds like you, do you also bring:

• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/SAP Focused Run (Mandatory)
• Maintenance of Monitoring templates in Solution Manager/FRUN
• Basis knowledge for NetWeaver/No-NetWeaver based SAP Solutions and databases
• Good knowledge in SAP Application Monitoring
• Optional: Basic understanding of ECS/Cloud based processes and operations
• Flexibility, Openness, Reliability and willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic working environment
• Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology is a plus
• Good communication skills
