• Youll work on the entire lifecycle of development projects, both customer specific and SAP-defined.
• Collaborate and work with teams spread across geographies and time zones.
• Youll be involved in various aspects of the data science process, including acquiring data, conducting exploratory data analysis, developing proof of concepts with the state of art LLM model, and establishing their performance.
• Implement backlogs for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate and adopt generative AI based solutions either through external LLMs or fine tuning Local LLMs, independently or minimal support from the experts.
• Must be able to deploy AI models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability, independently or minimal support from the experts.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and robustness, independently or minimal support from the experts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, mentor team members and contribute to the teams knowledge-sharing initiatives.

What you Bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Good understanding of AI algorithms, ML, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
• Solid understanding of the mathematics related to data science - probability, statistics, linear algebra etc.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Specialist in Generative AI and excellent understanding with the capabilities of recent advances in Large Language Models.
• Proficient in any one area of AI/ML streams - Predictive analytics, Speech processing, Text Analytics/NLP, Computer Vision, Machine Translation, generative AI with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Implement most recent algorithms and approaches for machine learning in collaboration with our Architects/Data scientists.
• Exposure to SAP modules along with prior experience in cloud technologies like BTP, AWS, GCP, etc. is desired.
• Adhere to SAPs agile engineering practices and processes. Own your code from ideation to development, across the full stack and through QA and support.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
