Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process: Oversee all stages, from job posting and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions. 
  • Source and screen candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and attract potential candidates. 
  • Conduct interviews: Assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 
  • Negotiate and offer jobs: Ensure competitive and fair compensation packages. 
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines: Develop and nurture a network of potential candidates. 
  • Manage the recruitment budget: Allocate and manage funds effectively. 
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process. 
  • Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and company policies. 
  • Supervise and mentor the recruitment team: Provide leadership and support to the team. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep abreast of new technologies and best practices in recruitment. 
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies: This includes creating and executing plans to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
