This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of intellectual property within a supportive and collaborative team.In this role, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding Danfoss products against counterfeiters, gaining valuable practical experience in the field of anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property enforcement.Job Responsibilities

  • You analyze market reports and track down potential sources of counterfeit products.
  • You support us in communicating with our external IP agents regarding investigations and actions.
  • You maintain our anti-counterfeit files and create case summaries. You also keep statistics.
  • You research online to find and document counterfeit offers on e-commerce platforms and social media.
  • You help in creating reports on our anti-counterfeiting activities and results.
  • You will help the team with various administrative tasks.
This role is best suited for a student with the availability to commit to the position for a significant period (ideally, at least 6-12 months). Your student worker contract of maximum of 20 hours per week offers flexibility to combine your studies with the possibility to gain practical experience and real-world insights.Background & Skills
  • You are currently enrolled as a student, ideally in the field of law, business, or a related discipline.
  • You have a strong interest in intellectual property, brand protection, and anti-counterfeiting measures.
  • You have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • You have an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring the integrity of our data and reports.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in English is essential.
