Job Description

Responsibilities:Responsible for leading demand generation activities and deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan.Accountable for effective commercialization launch of new productsfollowing the new launch process.Develops annual goals and objectives for demand generation Team.Prepares the resource plan and budget plan for the Region by closely working with Sales, marketing and commercial effectiveness leadership.Accountable for maintaining and improving productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities.Responsible for budget management and ensuring that demand generation team is delivering the goals within the budget.Work closely with strategic and brand managers for market segmentation, portfolio positioning and crop wise, product wise strategy.Work closely with zonal manager sales and marketing and sales team for effective utilization for resources and activity planning.Work closely with marketing agency for onboarding and training.Systematically work for developing teams and hand holding them for better career aspirations.
