Job Description

    Key Responsibilities; Should be able to showcase strategic mindset for devising annual digital media and content plans in partnership with agencies. Should be able to demonstrate the impact of digital initiatives on driving trials/business. Should have understanding of programmatic advertising, martech stacks and data providers. Should have handled/exposed to various analytical/tech tools - e.g. Google ad words, FB insights etc. Experience with B2C digital media, preferably in CPG domain. Analytical mindset and critical thinking. Experience in identifying and validating strategic marketing objectives. Experience in analyzing online campaigns: video, search, email, affiliate, display & social. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Develop and execute digital campaigns for multiple Brands. Closely work with brand team, creative & media agency and external vendors to develop and drive digital initiatives across multiple brands. Campaigns to be built across. Video, Display, search and social. Work with design & development agency to build the corporate website, brand websites and Direct o consumer website and manage all end-to-end. The work ranges from design, content, SEO and driving engagement features of websites to drive traffic to website. Ensure content efforts to drive conversion on D2C platform. Developing & monitoring dashboard for Portals / digital assets via Excel. Analyzing effect of different online & offline initiatives to develop strategies for growth Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency & effectiveness of campaigns Formulate a mechanism to track and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Benchmarking performance across all assets & advising on KPIsEssentials requirement;MBA or equivalent in marketing from an institute of repute8-10 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing,
